By creating an account or using the Gubish parent app or gubish.chinning.net ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

Gubish Academy provides coding and AI education for children. The app lets a parent/guardian follow attendance, homework, skills, certificates, portfolio, and invoices.

3. Enrollment & Fees

Enrollment and billing are arranged directly with Gubish Academy. The app displays invoices for reference only.

4. Parent & Guardian Responsibility

You confirm you are the parent or legal guardian of any child whose data you access.

5. Acceptable Use

No sharing accounts, accessing other parents' data, uploading unlawful content, or interfering with the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Gubish name, logo, and course materials belong to Gubish Academy. You retain ownership of your child's original creative work.

7. Privacy

Described in our Privacy Policy, part of these Terms.

8. Account Termination

Request account closure anytime — see Data Deletion instructions.

9. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
