Account & Data Deletion

We handle account and data deletion requests directly, rather than through a self-service button in the app, so we can verify the request comes from the actual parent/guardian.

How to request deletion

Send a deletion request from the phone number or email associated with your account to Email: info@gubish.academy or WhatsApp: +20 127 845 1689. Please include the phone number used to sign in, and your enrolled child(ren)'s name(s).

What gets deleted

Once verified, we delete your parent account (name, phone number, avatar, notification preferences, sign-in credentials) and your children's academy records associated with your account.

What may be retained, and why

We may retain invoices/certificates already issued for legitimate financial/legal reasons.

Timing

We aim to process verified deletion requests within a reasonable time.
